摘　　要：生物等效性评价在新药开发和新药评价过程中发挥着非常重要的作用,但目前的生物等效性研究还存在着不少问题,这些问题直接影响着对生物等效性结果的判断及其结果的参考价值。该文概要介绍了当前生物等效性研究的一些需要重视及尚未解决的问题。Bioequivalence evaluation plays an important role in the de ve lopment an d evaluation of a new drug.But curren t bioequivalence research stil l exists a lot of proble ms;these problems affect directly t he judgment of bio equivalence and re ference value of its result.In this presentation,the author s would sum marize some of these issues and the pr oblem that didn' t yet resolv e.
