离子对-反相高效液相色谱法测定布洛伪麻分散片的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立布洛伪麻分散片含量的测定方法。方法:色谱柱为KromasilC18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲液∶乙腈(4∶6),每1000mL流动相溶解十二烷基硫酸钠1.0g;检测波长为257nm。结果:布洛芬和盐酸伪麻黄碱含量测定的线性范围分别为0.8～8mg/mL(r=0.9998)和0.12～1.2mg/mL(r=0.9999),平均回收率分别为101.7%(RSD=0.53%,n=9)和100.2%(RSD=0.8%,n=9)。结论:该方法简便、重现性好,适用于布洛伪麻分散片的质量控制。Objective:To establish a method determination of the c ontents of ibuprofer and pseu doephedrine hydrochloride in dispersible tablets. Methods:The column was C 18 ,acetic acid-sodium acetate solution-acetonitrile(4∶6),and to dis solve 1.0g sodium laurysu lfate in1000mL,as the mobile phase.The dete c tion wavelength was at 257nm.Results:The standard curves for content of ib uprofer and pseudoephedrine hydrohride were li near relationship at the rang of 0.8～8mg/mL,r=0.9998and 0.12～1.2mg/mL,r=0.9999, respectively.Their average recovery were 101.6%(RSD=0.53%,n=9) and 100.2%(RSD=0.8%,n=9).Conclusion:The method is simple,accu rate,and reproducible,which is stuitable for quality cont rol of this preparat ion.
