摘　　要：本文在分析并比较了美、日、印信息产业创新模式的基础上 ,提出了我国信息产业技术创新模式及发展对策。On the basis of the analysis and comparison of the technological innovation patterns in American,Japan and India information industry,this paper puts forward technological innovation patterns and development strategy in Chinese information industry.
