包装金属试样在盐雾箱中加速倍率的研究

摘　　要：利用费克定律,对用薄膜包装的金属试样在盐雾箱试验中的加速倍率进行了推导.结果表明,与自然环境中的试样相比,在盐雾箱中,用薄膜包装的金属试样和裸露金属试样具有相同的加速倍率.通过聚乙烯薄膜包装的金属试样的加速倍率测试对这一结论进行了验证.By Fick's Law, the accelerated ratio was deduced in the salt fog box on metal sample packed in film. Compared with the metal samples in natural environment, the metal samples packed in film have the same accelerated ratio as the bared metal in the salt fog box, which was testified by accelerated corrosion test on bared metal samples and the metal samples packed with PE film.
