大众化时代民办高等教育发展与高等教育发展速度、规模的关系

摘　　要：在我国高等教育大众化进程中,民办高等教育作为一支不容忽视的力量,将扮演极其重要的角色。一方面高等教育速度、规模的发展为民办高教提供了广阔的发展空间,另一方面,民办高教的发展将进一步促进高等教育速度、规模的发展。民办高教必须走超常规发展的道路,真正实现从目前高等教育的"补充"到"重要组成部分"的蝉蜕。In the popularization process of our higher education the non-governmental higher education is a force not to be ignored and will play an extremely important role. On the one hand, the development speed and scope of higher education provide the non-governmental higher education with a broad growth space. On the other hand, the development of non-governmental higher education will further the developmental speed and scope of higher education. Non-governmental higher education must take a supernormal development road and truly realize the transformation from 'a supplement part' to 'an important component part' of the higher education.
