摘  要:在水利枢纽通航建筑物的规划与设计中,合理确定通航流量的上限标准往往关系到工程技术上的可行性和经济合理性。从工程实践出发,分析了有关"规范"方法在实际应用中容易出现过高要求的问题,介绍了国内外一些船闸的设计最大通航流量,探讨了采用"有效历时保证率流量频率"推求最大通航流量的方法,并总结了有关枢纽工程中确定通航建筑物最大通航流量的经验。In the design and planning of navigation structures of hydroprojects, reasonable determination of the upper limit of navigable discharge has an important impact on the project's technical feasibility and economical rationality. From the viewpoint of engineering practice, this paper analyzes some problems on excessive navigable discharge requirement caused by using the “specification method”, presents maximum design navigable discharges of several shiplocks built at home and abroad, discusses a new method to determine the maximum navigable discharge by using a flood discharge frequency satisfying some effective duration guarantee rate, and summarizes the experience to determine the maximum navigable discharges of the navigation structures of the related hydroprojects.
