摘　　要：知识日益成为企业的重要生产资源 ,知识创新也已经成为企业持续发展的基础。本文探讨了企业知识创新的过程模型 ,分析了知识创新的关键因素 :知识资本。Knowledge is increasing as an important production resources, so knowledge creation has become the base of enterprise continuously development. This paper analyzes a model of knowledge creation,and then key factors of knowledge creation is established, that is, knowledge assets, flexibillity organization and `ba'.
