摘　　要：ChemCAD 是美国Chemstations 公司开发的化工流程模拟软件,广泛应用于化学和石油工业、炼油、油气加工等领域中,为工艺开发、工程设计、优化操作和技术改造提供理论指导。本文主要介绍该软件功能和应用方法,结合某厂乙苯车间的苯回收塔和乙苯产品塔工艺计算和设计实例,讨论其在化工课程设计中的应用。并将乙苯塔ChemCAD 计算结果和Aspen Plus计算值以及生产值进行比较.相对误差小,符合较好。ChemCAD produced by Chemstations Inc U.S.A is a process simulator for modeling steady state and unsteady state processsystems.It is used widely in many fields such as chemical engineering,petrochemistry,oil refining,oil gas process etc.The functionsand application metheds of ChemCAD were introduced.Here it was used to simulate Benzene recovering column and Ethylbenzene col-umn.On the basis of the simulation,the application of ChemCAD in chemical engineering course design was discussed.Simultaneouslythe ChemCAD simulation results for Ethylbenzene column were compared with the Aspen Plus simulation results and the production val-ues,all that were accord and the errors were comparatively small.
