摘　　要：随着民营科技企业成为我国国民经济增长的重要力量,如何构建知识产权战略,如何提高运用知识产权的能力和水平,增加中国拥有自主知识产权的数量与质量,已经成为决定企业生存发展的重要因素。本文分析了民营科技企业知识产权管理的作用,并针对当前我国民营科技企业知识产权管理中存在的问题,提出了解决问题的对策。As the private technology companies playing an important role in the increment of GDP of China, how to design the strategies of IPR, improve the ability and skill of IPR exercise , and augment the quality and quantity of IPR owned by China have been an important issue of the existence and development of companies. This article analyzes the effect of IPR management of private technology companies, and gives solution to the problems of IPR management of private technology companies in China.
