摘 要:对农用抗生素、细菌素、真菌毒素等多种微生物源生物化学农药的研究和开发进展进行了综述,并对我国农用抗生素研究开发存在的问题进行了分析。认为,微生物源生物化学农药的研究和开发在我国十分活跃,但产业化进展不大,微生物资源及其应用潜力尚没有得到充分的发挥 ;微生物源生物化学农药作为低毒性新型化学农药的开发资源具有重要的开发价值 ;在农用抗生素的研究与开发方面,应加强分子育种技术的应用、农抗作用机理的研究以及化学结构的改造等。This article summarizes advances in research and development of biochemical pesticides originating from microbes, including agricultural antibiotics, bacteriocin, and fungal toxins, and analyzes problems related to research and development of agricultural antibiotics in China. Research and development of microbially derived biochemical pesticides is proceeding rapidly in China, but the pace of industrialization has been slow and the utilization potential of microbial resources has not yet been sufficiently realized. Biochemical pesticides of microbial origin are development resources having significant value as new, low toxicity chemical pesticides. Research and development of agricultural antibiotics should be strengthened, including such areas as the utilization of molecular breeding technology, mechanisms of action of agricultural antibiotics, and antibiotic chemical structure modifications.
