摘  要:  测定了灭蝇胺、氟铃脲等6种药剂对葱蝇3龄幼虫的毒力和杀卵活性,并进行了盆栽灌根和持效期试验。结果表明:氟铃脲和虱螨脲对3龄幼虫的毒力高,灭蝇胺和氟铃脲在常规使用浓度下,对1、2龄幼虫有较强的毒杀作用。处理3龄幼虫能使蛹畸形,不同药剂间的杀卵作用差异较大。灭蝇胺灌根处理土壤,对1 ̄2龄幼虫的持效期可达15d以上,对3龄幼虫可达10d以上。灭蝇胺和氟铃脲在葱蝇防治中有较大的应用价值。Toxicity to the 3rd instar larvae of Delia antiqua and the ovicidal activity of cyromazine, hexanflumuron and other 4 kind IGRs were mersurated, respectively, and the experiment in the pots and the insecticidal persistent control effect were tested as well. The result demonstrated that hexanflumuron and lufenuron had high toxicity to 3rd instar larvae and great poisoning effect to the 1st and 2nd instar larvae. Treating the 3rd instar led to the pupae deformity. There was obviously difference of the ovicidal activity among the 6 kind IGRs. The persistent control time of cyromazine to the larvae in soil could reach 10 to 15 day. Cyromazine and hexanflumuron have great application value for the control the larvae of Delia antiqua.
