摘 要:以环氧硅氧烷 (KH -5 60 )微乳液为交联剂 ,加入丙烯酸酯共聚无皂水溶胶中制得了交联乳液。探讨了影响交联乳液稳定性的因素 ,研究了交联剂用量对涂膜性能的影响 ,并考察了时间、温度及催化剂对交联反应的作用。结果发现 ,交联乳液稳定存在的条件为 :丙烯酸含量≤ 5 % ,pH范围为 6 5 0~ 9 5 0。微乳液的用量为 3 %时 ,交联涂膜具有较好的耐水 (溶胀度降低了 84% )、耐溶剂 (在甲苯中由溶解到溶胀度为 1 5 5 2 4% )和力学性能 (拉伸强度提高了 70 0 % ) ;以吡啶为催化剂 ,其用量为 1 5 %时 ,交联乳液的室温稳定性超过 6个月 ,交联反应于较短的时间内进行完全 (由原来的 7d降至 3d)。Microemulsion of KH-560 was used to cure soap-free acrylate copolymer hydrosol.The factors which affect the stability of curable hydrosol were discussed.The effect of curer content on coating properties and the influences of crosslinking time,temperature and catalyst on the crosslinking were also investigated.It was found that curable hydrosol was stable when acrylic acid content was less than 5% and pH was between 6 5 and 9 5. The resistance of the curing films to water(swelling ratio decreased by 84%)and solvent and their mechanical properties(tensilestrength increased by 700%)were improved apparently with content of microemulsion being 4%.When Py was used as catalyst,shelf stability of the cruable hydrosol was longer than six months and the curing time decreased from 7days to 3 days.
