摘　　要：在分析旅游经营权转让现状的基础上,阐述旅游景区经营权转让的必要性,并针对经营权转让过程中存在的主要问题,提出若干发展对策.In this paper, the author, on the basis of the present situation of the operation right transferal of a scenic spot, expounds its necessities and puts forward several developmental countermeasures in the light of the major problems in the process of operation right transferral.
