摘 要:倒装式复合模结构的应用一直受到其凸凹模零件强度的限制。通过对凸凹模零件的受力状况及其主要失效形式进行分析,从模具设计、模具材料的选用及模具制造工艺等几个方面提出了提高凸凹模零件强度,延长其使用寿命的措施,从而拓宽了复合模的应用范围。The application of upside-down compound dies is restricted by the strength of parts ofmale die and female die. Through the analysis of stressed status of the parts of male and femaledies and their major failure forms,the measures of improving the strength of the parts of maleand female dies and prolonging their life expectancy were put forward with the aspects of diedesign,selection of die material and die manufacture technology. The application field of com-pound dies was extended.
