摘　　要：冲压件的尺寸受到多种因素的影响,它的尺寸精度也直接影响到车身尺寸,需要进行有效的控制。批量生产条件下对冲压件尺寸控制采用检具和三坐标测量两种方式,各有优缺点。根据冲压件尺寸变化的情况,经分析确定问题发生的原因和整改措施。The dimensions of stamping parts are affected by lots of factors. Their dimensionalprecision influences the dimension of the automobile body directly. They need to be controlledeffectively. In the condition of mass production, the control to the dimensions of stamping partsis by the means of checking fixture and 3D measurement. They have respective own advantagesand disadvantages. According to the changes of the dimensions of stamping parts, the reasoncausing problems and correcting method were determined.
