摘　　要：目前,社会保障体系的二元化已严重阻碍了我国城乡经济的进一步发展,改革二元化的社会保障制度,实现城乡整合已势在必行。鉴于我国的经济发展水平和社会的承受能力,改革措施应分近期、中期和远期逐步实施。At present, the dualization social security system has seriously already hindered the further development of the urban and rural economy of China, so it is imperative to reform dualized social security system and to combine the system in rural and urban areas. According to the economic development level and bearing ability of the society, the reform should be implemented by steps.
