摘  要:目的 研究北柴胡地上部分的挥发油化学成分。方法 水蒸气蒸馏法提取北柴胡地上部分挥发油 ,采用气相色谱 -质谱联用 (GC MS)技术 ,分析、鉴定挥发油的化学成分。结果 首次提取了北柴胡地上部分挥发油 ,由分离出的 5 1个峰中鉴定出 39个化合物。结论 北柴胡地上部分挥发油含量为 0 0 8% ,其化学成分以反 -石竹烯氧化物等为主 ,反Objective To study the chemical components of the volatile oil from the aerial part of Bupleurum chinense.Method Water vapor distillation was used to extract the volatile oil from the aerial part of Bupleurum chinense, GC-MS was used to analyze and identify the chemical components of the volatile oil. Results The volatile oil was extracted from the aerial part of Bupleurum chinense for the first time, and 39 compounds were identified based on the 51 peaks appeared in the analysis. Conclusion The volatile oil accounts for 0.08% in the aerial part of Bupleurum chinense, and the main chemical component of the volatile oil is trans-caryophyllene-oxide, which is found existing in this Bupleurum plant for the first time.
