摘  要:目的 优选花仁膏的基质和抗氧剂。方法 采用不同基质以乳化法制备花仁膏 ,分别将制成的软膏放在 - 15℃、室温和恒温箱中对其稳定性进行考察 ,观察油水分离和变色现象 ;另外进行了抗氧剂筛选。结果 基质和抗氧剂的种类、用量对稳定性有显著性影响。结论 基质采用硬脂酸、三乙醇胺、Tween - 80、白油、单硬脂酸甘油酯、甘油 。Objective To optimize the base and antioxidant of Huaren Ointment. Method First, different bases and antioxidants were used in the preparation of Huaren Ointment. Then, the samples of Huaren Ointment were put in places with different temperatures, such as -15 ℃, room temperature and a constant temperature, respectively, for examining their changes in stability, oil-water separation, and color. Results It was found that the types and amounts of the bases and antioxidants used had notable influences on the stability of the samples of Huaren Ointment. Conclusion Huaren Ointment shows a good stability when the base is composed of stearic acid, triethanolamine, Tween-80, white oil, glycerin monostearate, and glycerol, and when NaHSO3 is used as the antioxidant.
