摘  要:The solvent extraction of trace gold(Ⅰ) from alkaline cyanide solution by CTAB/TBP system was investigated using a new extraction equipment.The results demonstrated that the addition of CTAB in aqueous phase could enhance the gold(Ⅰ) extraction rate of TBP sharply.The extraction of 20L alkaline cyanide solutions in two extraction columns showed that the extraction percentage was more than 91%,and the gold mass concentration of raffinate was less than 0.8ppm in the all process of extraction.Gold(Ⅰ) Stripping from loaded organic phase by KSCN was also studied.Almost all of gold in loaded CTAB/TBP could be stripped into aqueous phase by 3mol/L KSCN solutions for three times stripping.The solvent extraction of trace gold(Ⅰ) from alkaline cyanide solution by CTAB/TBP system was investigated using a new extraction equipment.The results demonstrated that the addition of CTAB in aqueous phase could enhance the gold(Ⅰ) extraction rate of TBP sharply.The extraction of 20L alkaline cyanide solutions in two extraction columns showed that the extraction percentage was more than 91%,and the gold mass concentration of raffinate was less than 0.8ppm in the all process of extraction.Gold(Ⅰ) Stripping from loaded organic phase by KSCN was also studied.Almost all of gold in loaded CTAB/TBP could be stripped into aqueous phase by 3mol/L KSCN solutions for three times stripping.
