参麦注射液对兔多脏器损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的　研究参麦注射液对兔多脏器损伤动物模型的保护作用。方法　大耳家兔 2 0只 ,随机分为对照组和治疗组 ,每组 10只。对照组给每只家兔一次性耳缘静脉注射阿霉素 10mg ,以后隔日皮下注射间羟胺 10mg ,4周后即制成多脏器损伤动物模型。治疗组在对照组的基础上 ,每次注射阿霉素和间羟胺前 ,经耳缘静脉注射参麦注射液 ,每次 10ml/kg。 4周后剖杀取心、肝、肺、肾行病理组织学观察。结果　对照组兔心、肝、肺、肾细胞肿胀坏死 ,正常结构消失 ,间质炎性改变及局灶性水肿和硬化 ,有炎性细胞浸润和血栓形成。治疗组兔心、肝、肺、肾细胞肿胀、坏死明显减轻 ,间质炎性细胞明显减少 ,局灶性硬化明显减轻。结论　参麦注射液对兔多脏器损伤有明显的保护作用。Objective To study the protective effect of shenmai injection on animal model of rabbit with multiple organ impairment.Methods Twenty rabbits were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(n=10)and therapeutic group(n=10).The animals in the control received adriamycin 10 mg intravenously in bolus and then metaraminol 10 mg was administrated intracutaneously on every other day.Animal model of multiple organ impairment was established after four weeks as the control.Therapeutic group received shenmai injection 10 mg/kg intravenously before each injection of adriamycin and metaraminol as in the control.Four weeks later,all rabbits in two groups were killed,and the hearts,livers,lungs and kidneys were removed for pathologic examination.Results Swelling and necrosis of the cells of the heart,liver,lung and kidney in the control were seen,and normal structure disappeared.There were inflammatory changes and local edema even more sclerosis accompanied with inflammatory cells and thrombus.In the therapeutic group, the cell changes as in the control were all significantly less.Conclusion Shenmai injection has a protective effect on the rabbit with multiple organ impairment.
