摘  要:在 5 0 0t/a间苯二腈热态流化床中试装置中 ,研究了工艺条件对间苯二腈质量的影响。研究表明 ,尾气中氨体积分数随氨 /间二甲苯的比例降低而降低 ;当氧氨比在 1.1— 1.2 5时 ,尾气中二氧化碳随氧氨比升高而降低 ;而当氧氨比在 1.2 5— 1.5时 ,二氧化碳随氧氨比升高而升高。控制合适的氧氨比 ,可有效降低尾气中氨和二氧化碳体积分数。氨比在 5— 6变化时 ,间苯二腈中的间二甲苯、苯甲腈、间甲基苯甲腈质量浓度均小于 0 .1g/L。氨比及氧氨比的控制为尾气治理和降低消耗提供了依据。Preparation of isophthalonitrile was investigated in a 500 t/a fluidized bed reactor via ammoxidation of m-xylene. Effect of operating conditions including molar ratio of amine vs. m-xylene, and molar ratio of oxygen vs. amine on the quality of products was studied by systematic detection of off-gas and solid products. It was clear that amine in off-gas decreased steadily with molar ratio of amine vs. m-xylene. While carbon oxides decreased firstly with increasing of molar ratio of oxygen vs. amine, then increased with it.It was proved that both amine and carbon oxides could be reduced within certain range which meaned high molar conversion of isophthaloniteile could be achieved. It provides useful information for disposal of off-gas and reduction of energy consumption.
