摘　　要：目的　研制鲜益母草胶囊。方法　以鲜益母草为原料 ,利用匀浆、喷雾干燥的生产工艺制备鲜益母草胶囊。结果　产品的质量及稳定性均符合标准规定 ;经药效学实验和临床验证 ,鲜益母草胶囊治疗产后恶露不绝有良好疗效。结论　鲜益母草胶囊具有生物利用度高、疗效好。OBJECTIVE Preparation of fresh Leonurus japonicus Houtt. capsule. METHOD Taking fresh Leonurus japonicus Houtt. as raw material, while a new production technology of homogenizing and spray drying, applying the fresh Leonurus japonicus Houtt. capsule. RESULTS The quality and stability of the product are all accord with the regulation. Pharmacodynamically and clinically, it was of high effectiveness in dealing with flooding. CONCLUSION The fresh Leonures japonicus Houtt. capsule is highly bioavailability and effectiveness.
