正交设计法研究补肾壮骨胶囊醇提工艺

摘　　要：目的　优选补肾壮骨胶囊醇提工艺的最佳条件。方法　用正交设计法以补骨脂素含量、异补骨脂素的含量为指标对醇提工艺进行筛选。结果　优选出补肾壮骨胶囊醇提工艺 ,重复试验结果满意。结论　补肾壮骨胶囊醇提工艺的最佳条件为A1B2 C2 D2 ,即加 10倍量 6 0 %乙醇 ,回流提取 2次 ,每次提取 6 0min。OBJECTIVE To study the optimum alcohol processing conditions of Bushen Zhuanggu capsule. METHOD The extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with the extract yield of psoralen and isopsoralen as detective markers.RESULTS Optimum the alcohol processing conditions of Bushen Zhuanggu capsule and satisfactory result of repeated examination were obtained.CONCLUSION A 1B 2C 2D 2 is the best processing condition, which is as follows: adding 10 times amount of 60% alcohol and refluxing two times, 60min each time.
