活跃期间断性吸入笑气分娩镇痛临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :研究笑气吸入分娩镇痛的疗效及对产妇、胎儿的影响。方法 :将 1 80例产妇随机分为观察组和对照组 ,对照组除不予笑气吸入外 ,其他处理措施与对照组相同。观察比较两组的产痛程度、产程时间、难产率、产后出血及新生儿评分等。结果 :观察组的阵痛强度评分低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;活跃期及总产程时间短于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )阴道助产率少于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )产后出血以及新生儿Apgar评分等无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :活跃期间断性吸入笑气分娩镇痛能缩短产程 ,降低阴道助产率 ,对母儿无不良影响 。To study the efficiency of Entonox for labor pain relief and its effects on delivery way.Methods:180 primiparae were randomly divided into the observational group and the control group. The control group was not given the breathing Entonox, but the other treatments were as same as the observational group. The degree of labor pains, delivery process, delivery ways, Apgar scores, and the quantity of intrapartum hemorrhage, etc ,were compared between the two groups. Results:The score of labor pains and the delivery process in the obsersvational group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions:Analgesic labor with Entonox could short the delivery process and lessen the vacuum extractor, which is a safe and effective method
