摘 要:针对干旱区内陆河水库防洪灌溉调度的特点,在水雨情自动测报系统建立的基础上,研制出干旱区内陆河水库洪水调度系统。主要介绍干旱区内陆河水库洪水调度系统开发与研究过程,着重阐述了水库洪水预报调度系统软件总体结构、软件功能、运行环境、规范化和标准化设计,以及系统解决的关键技术问题,以新疆玛纳斯河流域中游的夹河子水库作为系统设计开发的实例,经实际洪水检验,预报精度较高,调度方案合理,且系统运行可靠、稳定、效果良好。Considering the characteristics of the flood control and irrigation operation for arid inland river reservoir the flood control system is developed based on the foundation of automatic telemetering system for water regime. The standardization of design and development of the flood control system for arid inland river reservoir are introduced in the paper. Meantime, the system structure, software function, runnable environment and some key technologies are emphasized. The flood control system for Jiahezi reservoir is taken for an example, which lies in the middle reaches of Manasi river in Xinjiang, China. Examined by the real flood, the forecasting accuracy is relatively high and the results of the flood control are rational and it is shown that the software system is reliable, stable and satisfactory.
