摘 要:设计了间歇/循环活性污泥技术(ICAST)用于小区生活污水就地回用处理及自动控制运行与监测水质的系统. 以出水达到中水回用标准为目标,依据进水水质水量和ICAST生化反应池内溶解氧(DO)值,通过电磁流量计、水位继电器、电磁阀、PLC控制器等与计算机联接,自动设定各工艺阶段的运行参数,经济、安全、可靠地实现了污水回用处理运行和水质监测的自动化.By use of ICAST (Intermittent or Cyclic Activated Sludge Technology) a system of automatic controlling and monitoring, of residential quarter抯 living sewage for its reusing treatment on the spot, is independently designed. Taking the national water reuse standard as the target, the running parameters during each technical phase are set according to the influent flow抯 quality and quantity and the dissolved oxygen in the ICAST device by using electrical flowmeters, water level relays, electrical valves and controllers which are connected to the computer, for the sake of that the automating of the water reusing treatment and the water quality monitoring can be realized economically, safely and reliably. The system provides a feasible technical method to make the residential quarter抯 living sewage resourceful and harmless on the spot.
