干燥综合征患者球结膜与唇腺T淋巴细胞相关性研究

摘　　要：目的　研究干燥综合征 (SS)患者球结膜、唇腺T淋巴细胞分布及两者T淋巴细胞的相关关系。方法　采用链菌素 -过氧化物酶法检测SS患者球结膜及唇腺组织中T淋巴细胞。结果　SS患者球结膜、唇腺均有大量T淋巴细胞浸润 ,两者T淋巴细胞浸润程度呈直线正相关。结论　SS患者球结膜、唇腺均有显著的免疫病理改变 。Objective To study the T lymphocytic feature and relationship between bulbar conjunctiva and labial gland in patients with Sjogren's Syndrome(SS). Methods Bulbar conjunctiva and labial gland of patients with SS were examined using immunoperoxidase staining. Results T lymphocytic infiltration greatly increased in numbers in bulbar conjunctiva and labial gland of SS. A positive linear correlation was found between the severity of T lymphocytic infiltration of labial gland and that of the bulbar conjunctiva in SS. Conclusions There are obviously histopathologic changes and T lymphocytic infiltration in bulbar conjunctiva and labial gland of SS. The severity of T lymphocytic infiltration is consistent between bulbar conjunctiva and labial gland in patients with SS.
