摘　　要：社会结构的分化和各种利益群体的形成,必然在社会结构内部出现一系列摩擦、冲突。社会变革已将这些矛盾置于社会发展的重要位置上。调节这些矛盾是当前把握社会结构的基本任务,也是促进社会良性发展首先要解决的重大课题。It's certain that the division of the social constitution and the formation of various interest groups will lead to a series of frictions and conflictsBecause of social transformation, these contradictions have placed an influential position on social development. In order to reorganise the social constitution and stimulate the social develpment we must put regulation first.
