摘　　要：伞型基金是一种适应新兴市场需要的基金结构形式,正在成为国际基金市场上的主流品种,在国内它也逐渐受到基金业的关注与青睐。伞型基金的推出给不同偏好的投资者带来更大的选择空间,同时对促进基金业整体规模的增长、壮大机构投资者队伍有积极的作用。Umbrella funds are a new form of funds that fit in with the needs of emerging markets. They are becoming a major product on the international funds market and are now receiving increasing attention and favor in the funds industry in China. The introduction of the umbrella funds provides an alternative for investors with different tastes. It can play a positive role in promoting the growth of the fund industry and enlarging the ranks of investors. 
