摘  要:本文就再生纸浆专用施胶剂ER65的施胶效果进行了初步的探讨,实验结果表明,ER65对废纸浆的施胶效果好,用量小。与普通分散胶GF50相比,用量可减少20%左右;对于ER65而言,逆向施胶优于正向施胶,最优用量在0.7%与0.8%之间(对绝干浆)。The sizing performance of rosin emulsion [ER65], a novel rosin size especially for secondary pulp, were preliminary studied in this paper. The test results showed that: 1.The ER65 has relatively high sizing efficiency on secondary stock in comparison with ordinary dispersed rosin size [GF50], its dosage being cut down by 20%or so. 2. The reversing sequence sizing was better than direct sequence sizing when sizing on secondary stock with ER65, and the optimum dosage was between 0.7% and 0.8%(on dry pulp).
