松香中性胶AS39用于中性双胶纸生产的实践与体会

摘　　要：本文简要介绍了使用松香中性施胶剂AS39生产双胶纸的实践与体会,使用结果表明,用AS39替换分散胶,可提高产品档次,降低生产成本并减少流失与废水污染负荷。A trial of the application of AS39 neutral rosin size to the production of neutral offset paper was reported in this paper. The results showed that: with the substitution of neutral size AS39 for acid size, fines retention of pulp slurry went up by 10% or so, strength, brightness, opacity and smoothness of paper sheet were increased while loss and total production cost were markedly decreased.
