摘 要:针对棉浆黑液的难处理性,本论文在实验的基础上,提出微生物高温酸化预处理棉浆黑液的可能性。实验结果表明:pH值>13,CODcr为25000mg.1-1左右,BOD5为8786mg.1-1的棉浆黑液。微生物酸化效果明显,单段酸化可使VFA升高4倍左右,两段酸化可使VFA提高7倍左右。当VFA达最大值时,COD可去除10-20%,BOD可去除30%左右。但酸化停留时间需要3-4天才能使pH值降至9左右。To counter the toughness in processing of black liquor from cotton linter pulp in a high tempera-ture acidified medium was put forward and a trial was carried in the labovatory After treatment the blackliquor with a PH value of 13,CODcr and BOD5 values of about 25,000mg/l and 8,786 respectively haschanged a satis factory change,The results indicated that the VFA was raisen by fourfold in one step acidi-fied process and seven times in two step acidified process, AS VFA reached its maximum value CODcr andBOD5 of the black Liquor could be lowere by 10-20% and around30% respectively But the dwelling timeshould be kept within three to four days to enable PH value down to about9
