摘  要:目的 :研究糖平煎复方对糖尿病大鼠代谢的影响。方法 :观察该方对链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂、蛋白质糖化终末产物的影响。结果 :糖平煎复方对实验动物有显著降低血糖、血脂 ,降低蛋白质糖化终末产物的作用。结论Objective:To study the effect of compound of Tang Ping Jian Herbs on metabolism of STZ-induced diabetic rats.Methed:The animal's concentration of blood glucose,blood lipids and advanced glycation end products in plasma were investigated.Result:Experimental results show that Tang Ping Jian Herbs had signifcantly decreased concentration of blood glucose,lipids,and advanced glycation end products in diabetic rats fed with high fatty diet( P<0 1 ).Conclusion:Tang Ping Jian Herbs has signifcant therapeutic effects on diabetic rats.
