高血压合并高脂血症患者铜锌与载脂蛋白关系的研究

摘　　要：为探讨血清锌 (Zn)和铜 (Cu)含量变化与载脂蛋白A -Ⅰ (ApoA -Ⅰ )和载脂蛋白B(ApoB)的关系 ,采用原子吸收光谱法和试剂盒分别检测了 44例高血压合并高脂血症患者、 42例单纯高血压病患者的血清Zn和Cu及ApoA -I和ApoB ,并与 3 0例正常对照组进行了比较分析。结果显示 ,高血压合并高脂血症患者的血清Zn、c(Zn) /c(Cu)比值及ApoB均明显高于单纯高血压组和对照组 ,而血清Cu、ApoA -I及 ρ(ApoA -I) / ρ(ApoB)比值则低于单纯高血压组及对照组。血清Zn和c(Zn) /c(Cu)与ApoB呈显著正相关 ,而血清Cu与ApoA -Ⅰ和 ρ(ApoA -Ⅰ ) / ρ(ApoB)比值呈负相关。提示Zn和Cu含量变化与ApoA -Ⅰ和ApoB有密切的关系。To study the relationship between the changes of trace element zinc(Zn),copper(Cu)and apolipoprotein A-Ⅰ(Apo A-Ⅰ),apolipoprotein B(Apo B),the serum levels of Zn and Cu were determined in 44 patients with hypertension complicated with hyperlipemia(HP),42 patients with hypertension(HP)and 30 healthy controls by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The serum levels of Apo A-Ⅰ and Apo B were determined by reagent kit.The results show that serum Zn,c(Zn)/c(Cu) ratio and Apo B in hypertension complicated with hyperlipemia were significantly higher than those in HP and control,while serum Cu,Apo A-Ⅰ and ρ(Apo A-Ⅰ)/ρ(Apo B) ratio were significantly lower than those in HP and control.There was a significantly positive correlation between serum Zn,c(Zn)/c(Cu) ratio and Apo B,while a significantly negative correlation between serum Cu and Apo A-Ⅰ,ρ(Apo A-Ⅰ)/ρ(Apo B) ratio.It is suggested that Apo A-Ⅰ and Apo B are closely related with Zn and Cu.
