摘　　要：“坦白从宽”是中国一项长期的刑事政策 ,近年来受到一些质疑和挑战 ,针对各种疑虑和现象 ,作者进行了探析。提出了该政策的合理性。The Leniency-to-those-who-confess-their-crimes policy is a long-term penal one in China, which, in recent years, has been raised some querries and challenged. To counter all these misgivings and phenomena, the author makes explorations and analyses and points out the rationality, value and improvements of this policy.
