摘　　要：公安工作信息化既是一个目标,也是一个过程。作为一个目标,它可以分解为装备目标、信息资源使用目标、组织形态目标;作为一个过程,它包括起步阶段、推动阶段、信息资源管理阶段、电子警务阶段。公安工作信息化与办公自动化、“金盾工程”、电子警务等既有联系,又有区别。Information of public security work is a working objective and a working process. As a working objective , information of public security work can be divided into target of equipment, target of using informative resources and target of organizing formation. As a working process, information of public security work includes starting stage, further stage, administrative stage of informative resources and electronic policing stage. There are some differences and connections among information of public security work and office automation, 'Jindun Project' and electronic policing.
