摘　　要：现代图书馆在人才培养上 ,必须树立现代社会的观念 ,实行岗位责任制 ,优胜劣汰。重视复合型人才的培养 。Modern libraries must acquire modern ideas when they train their talents,practice their duty system of responsibility,and use the outstanding persons, they must value comprehensive talents training to bring knowledge complementary as well.
