摘　　要：本文主要介绍了涉外法律行为的冲突表现,总结了国际社会常见的解决办法,尤其是法律行为形式要件准据法的选择,并结合其在物权处分方式、合同形式、票据行为方式、结婚形式、遗嘱继承形式等常见领域中的具体适用及最新立法趋势,对我国相关的法律规定及其完善进行了评析。Begin with the introduction of the conflicts of legal act, this article tries to summarise the common settlements of it, especially give a detailed account of the applicable law for the form of act. Furthermore, link up its specific application in the fields such as real rights, contract, negotiable instrument, marriage and testate succession, the author gives some comments on Chinese concerned law and regulations, after having analysed the new legislative trend in international society.
