摘　　要：本文从房屋二重买卖合同的效力、前买受人的撤销权、出卖人承担违约责任的赔偿范围三个方面论述了对前买受人的利益保护,并结合我国的实际情况,提出了完善我国立法和司法实践的建议。This paper mainly illustrated how to protect the benefits of prior purchaser in respects of house dual sales contract`s efficacy,the revocative rights of the prior purchasers,the burden of seller`s breach and the compensatory spheres of the responsibility。Also it provided the suggestions on how to perfect our practice of legislation and jurisdiction on the bases of Chinese reality.
