摘　　要：叙述谏壁发电厂UP型直流炉改造概况,介绍改造中几个关键问题的处理,包括热力参数的衔接、水动力工况的安全性、燃烧器性能、受热面的优化改造等,总结改造获得的成果和经验教训及改造中存在问题的分析和处理,为同类火电机组改造提供借鉴。This paper briefs the retrofitting situation of300MWUP type once-through boiler in Jiangsu Jianbi Power Plant and the handling of several key problems during retrofitting,including the linking-up of thermodynamic parameters,safety of fluid-flow working condition,burner performance,and optimized retrofit of heating surface etc.,sums up the retrofit achievement and experience gained as well as the analysis and handling of problems occurring during retrofit,affording the reference for the retrofit of same type boiler.
