摘  要: 应用投影寻踪回归技术,分析得到影响悬栅消能率的因子主要是悬栅安装高度,其次是栅间距,最后是流量。多因子仿真优化结果:在流量由34L·s-1变化到80L·s-1范围内,当栅距取4.0cm,栅条安装高度取4.6cm时,悬栅消能率均能达到80%。最佳栅距约为栅后涡流长度范围的1.5~2.0倍。We can get the factors that influence suspension girder damping ratio by the PPR technology . The central factor is the setting height of suspension girder, the minor factor is the distance between suspension girder, the last factor is the flow rate. The optimize result of many factors simulation: the flow rate changed from 34 L·s-1 to 80 L·s-1, when the distance between suspension girder is 4.0cm and the setting height of suspension girder is 4.6 cm the damping ratio of suspension girder can amount to 80%, the best distance between suspension girder is the length range's 1.5~2.0 times behind eddy flow of suspension girder.
