斯奇康联合维特明霜治疗46例难治性扁平疣观察

摘　　要：目的观察卡介菌多醣核酸注射液(斯奇康)联合外用全反式维甲酸(维特明霜)治疗扁平疣的疗效 方法治疗组46例扁平疣患者应用肌肉注射斯奇康联合外用维特明霜治疗,对照组40例扁平疣患者应用肌肉注射聚肌胞联合外用维特明霜治疗 4个月后评定疗效 结果治疗组总有效率91.30%,显著优于对照组(P<0.01);观察期间未见严重不良反应OBJECTIVE: To observe the effectiveness of BCG polysaccharide-nucleic acid injection and all-trans-retinoic acid topical cream (Tretinoin) in the treatment of refractory Verruca plana. METHODS: 46 cases of Verruca plana were treated with BCG-PSN injection and topical Tretinoin cream, and 40 cases of the same disease treated with polyinosinic-polyoytidylic acid and topical Tretinoin cream as control. The therapeutic response was evaluated 4 months later. RESULTS: The rate of effectiveness in the treatment group was 91.30% and was higher than the control group significantly (P<0.01). In the observation period, severe side effects were not found. CONCLUSION: BCG-PSN injection and topical Tretinoin cream is effective and safe in the treatment of Verruca plana.
