痔然消片治疗内痔出血569例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药复方煎剂改成片剂后治疗内痔出血的临床疗效。方法对569例门诊内痔出血患者口服痔然消片治疗6d,并以痔宁片作为对照,计分评价两组治疗前后出血量变化情况。结果两组治疗后计分均明显降低,两组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论痔然消剂改成片剂后对内痔出血仍有显著疗效。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Zhiranxiao tab le ts derived from compound Zhiranxiao decoction, a preparation from traditional C hinese medicine, on internal hemorrhoid hemorrhage. Method The treartment group consisted of 596 patients with internal hemorrhoid hemorrhage who received oral Zhiranxiao tablets in a course of 6 d for treatment, and another 60 such patie nts were given a different preparation from traditional Chinese medicine, Zhinin g tablets, to serve as the control group. The volume of hemorrhage was recorde d and scored before and after the treatment to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the tested dosage forms. Result The scores for hemorrhage in both groups were significantly decreased after the administration of the two dosage forms, but no statistical difference was observed (P>0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion Zhiranxiao tablets are also effective in the treatment of internal h emorrhoid hemorrhage.
