摘　　要：城市住区作为城市系统中重要的组成部分,关系到城市整体的发展,如何以住宅产业的可持续发展带动城市的进步,是规划师的责任与义务.通过对城市住区理论的探讨,从城市规划学科角度对长春城市住区可持续发展提出建议.Residential district as important component part in urban system play a very important in urban entirety development. It is duty of planners to how promote urban advancement with sustainable development of dwelling industrial. In term of community theory research, the paper bring up proposal of changchun urban residential district to examine the matter from planning various angles.
