整体护理实施糖尿病患者自选护士的研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨糖尿病患者自选护士的效果。方法 将住院的糖尿病患者80例,按时间段分为两组,对照组常规整体护理,观察组患者自选护士,出院前调查护理满意度,所获数据经X^2检验。结果 两组患者满意率P<0.01,有显著性差异。结论 患者自选护士可明显增加患者的满意率,为竞争上岗和评先树优找到了公平公正的客观依据。Objective To study the effect of patients with diabetes choosing nurses themselves. Methods 80 eases in hospital were divided into 2 groups according to the period, the control group using the routine holistic nursing, the observation group chose nurses themselves, the satisfaction rale were examined before they were discharged from the hospital, the data were tested by X2 . Results There was difference in the satisfaction rate of the two groups ( P<0. 01 ). Conclusion Patients'choosing nurses can obviously promote the satisfaction rate, which can supply basis for contest.
