摘　　要：通过对中国公共卫生体制设立和发展的回顾,提出了既有体制在SARS疫情面前所暴露的问题,并就适应形势发展的公共卫生体制改革提出了设想。This paper presents the authors' speculation on the reform of the public health system. The authors mention the problems in the present system and put forward ideas on reform and development of public health system.
