Antimicrobial activities of epiphytic bacteria on seaweeds in intertidal zone in Dalian coast

摘  要:2002、2003年从大连市黑石礁海区潮间带石莼Ulvalactuca、孔石莼Ulvapertusa等10种海藻表面分离得到122株细菌。以11种细菌和1种真菌作指示菌,采用覆盖技术对分离菌株进行拮抗试验,获得拮抗菌74株,占总测试菌株的60 7%。不同时间、不同海藻表面拮抗菌的分离比例不同。拮抗菌的抗细菌比例高于抗真菌比例,且对海洋细菌和陆生细菌均有作用,尤其是40%以上的拮抗菌株对虾的致病菌荧光假单胞菌Pseudomonasfluorescence、嗜水气单胞菌Aeromonashydrophila和费氏弧菌Vibriofischei有抑制作用。One hundred and twenty-two strains of the epiphytic bacteria were isolated from 10 different seaweeds(Ulva lactuca, Ulva pertusa, Enteromorpha sp., Monostroma sp., Chondrus ocellatus, Sargassum sp. Sargassum thunbergii, Halymenia sinensis, Dumontia simplex, Porphyra sp.) collected from the intertidal zone in Dalian coast in 2002 and in 2003. Antagonistic tests were performed by the indicators of 11 species of bacteria and one species of fungus using overlay technique. About 60.7% of the isolated strains showed antimicrobial activity. The percentages of antagonistic bacteria in the total bacteria isolated were different from various seaweeds in different periods. The number of bacterial strains inhibiting the growth of bacteria in marine and territorial conditions was much than those inhibiting the growth of fungus. It is important that over 40% of the antagonistic bacteria inhibited the growth of pathogenic bacteria of shrimp such as Pseudomonas fluorescence, Aeromonas hydrophila, Vibrio fischei.
