摘 要:以10个日本绒螯蟹Eriocheirjaponica群体和1个中华绒螯蟹E sinensis群体为研究对象,分别测量了18个形态性状参数,数据经标准化后,对绒螯蟹群体形态差异进行了主成分分析。研究结果表明:1)冲绳以外的日本绒螯蟹群体的形态学特征存在较大的相似性,个体间有明显交叉;2)冲绳日本绒螯蟹群体与其它群体间形态差异较大,其多数个体与其它群体的个体分为两大支;3)中华绒螯蟹与日本绒螯蟹存在明显差异,可分为明显的两大支。Morphological metrical characters of ten Japanese mitten crab (Eriocheir japonica) populations collected from Japan and one Chinese mitten crab (E.sinensis) from Shanghai were described and compared using morphological method. The principal component analysis results indicated that there were great similarities among the Japanese mitten crab populations except in two Okinawa populations, which supported the standpoint that there was only small genetic differentiation among the Japanese mitten crab populations. Okinawa populations were different from others due to the geographic and water temperature isolation. The significant differences between Japanese and Chinese mitten crabs resulted in two large groups.
