摘  要:研究了青菜(BrassicachinensisL.cv.Suzhou)和芥菜(B.junceaL.cv.Wenzhou)受芜菁花叶病毒(TuMV)侵染后的光合特性变化。结果表明:感病青菜和芥菜的叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度与健康对照相比出现了不同程度的下降,胞间CO2浓度也有所下降;叶绿体的电子传递活力尤其是光系统 (PS )电子传递活力显著下降。叶绿素荧光动力学参数测定显示,感病青菜叶片的Fv/Fo和Fv/Fm值明显降低,而感病芥菜的叶片Fv/Fo和Fv/Fm值受影响程度较轻。根据以上结果认为,TuMV对两种寄主植物的光合作用均造成了伤害,并且对PS 的伤害程度大于PS 。This study was to evaluate the effects of Tunip mosaic virus (TuMV) infection on the photosynthetic characteristics of Chinese cabbage (Brassica chinensis L. cv. Suzhou) and mustard (B. juncea L. cv. Wenzhou). As the result of infection, the chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs) and intercellular CO_2 concentration (Ci) of leaves decreased in comparison with that of the healthy plants. The electron transport activities, especially the photosystem Ⅱ ((PSⅡ)) section, were depressed. On the tenth day after TuMV inoculation, F_v/F_o and F_v/F_m values of Chinese cabbage showed considerable decline, as compared with the healthy plants. Thus TuMV infection caused injury to the hosts and PSⅡ was injured more severely than PSⅠ.
