摘　　要：致命性心律失常是引发心性猝死的直接原因。埋植式自动除颤器是近年出现的能防止室性心动过速演变为室颤和及 时自动治疗室速、室颤的有效医疗器件。本文就其工作原理及功效进行简要分析并对其适应症作概要介绍。Malignent arrhythemia is the major and direct reason to give rise to cardiac sudden death.In recent years,the present of ICD changes the condition better,which works as effective medical device for preventing ventricular techycardia to develop to be fibrillation and capable of converting the ventrical fibrillation by electric shock automatically.In this paper, the working principle and performance of ICD was described and the indication of medical application was discussed.FANG Zu-Xiang
